We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order or to put you in contact with the artists or artisans or decor suppliers YOU choose through our concierge services.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

See what data we have about you, if any.
Change/correct any data we have about you.
Have us delete any data we have about you.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately.

Please note that the business of this company generally is to introduce clients to artists, artisans, craftspeople and retailers.  THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE does not guarantee, warrant or in any manner, in part or in whole, accept responsibility for the delivery of goods and services offered by third parties. 

Should there be a problem or concern with the third party supplier, the client must talk to the supplier (artist, artisan or retailer) for restitution.  Any purchases made from a third party are subject to the return policy of that supplier.  THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE does not and cannot offer compensation for purchases not made through it directly.

THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE does warrant and guarantee any purchases made directly through the company and will always endeaver to fix any concern raised by a client.  THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE will offer a return policy on those items that are purchased through a third party artist, artisan or retailer to match the return policy offered by those artists, artisans and retailers.  PLEASE NOTE:  There is no return policy for custom framing as each order is made for a specific request.  Once a client has signed for the quote, the client must pay for the order.

THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE does not warrant or guarantee the availability of any item on a third parties web site, nor does it warrant or guarantee that any information communicated from a third party is correct and true.  Any compensation for damages a client feels are incurred by third party communication must be negotiated with the third party.

Principal's message.


Let me make it as simple as I can.

I do not, will not and have not at any time EVER given away or sold any person's personal information. I have never, nor will I ever sell or disclose any credit card information, addresses (physical or email), phone numbers, personal opinions, choices, preferences or anything else you would reasonably (or who knows, maybe even beyond reason) expect to remain private when communicating with me in any form, verbal, written or electronic. If you want to change something in your home or office, I won't even tell your spouse or partner what your taste is, it’s that personal to you.

I want you to feel like you are chatting with your Priest, Rabbi, Minister or Cleric, doctor, lawyer, accountant and tailor all rolled into one. No one will ever get me to sell any information you give me. I hate those guys as much as you do, and, let's be honest, if you feel good about working with me you will recommend me and if you don't, you will splash it all over social media.

I have nothing to gain and my manhood to lose. Think about it this way, even at the prices I am charging (and believe me, you are getting a bargain) I make more by being honest.

The upshot of all of this unconventionality is that I don't need to pay a lawyer $300.00 an hour to write this, I can make you laugh all on my own for free.

However, Internet safety is no laughing matter and that I do take seriously, so please feel assured you can interact with us in total confidence.

PS - Although I am open to all forms of taste and have never felt that the fashion police should even be given access to search warrants, the real police can get them and I would cooperate with them if a real crime has been committed.

So please, leave me out of that little aspect of humanity and don't worry, I won't turn you in for mixing florals with stripes.

Services.


1)  To give you an online shopping experience with a personal in-home touch.

2) Reduce waste.  Eighteen percent of online purchases are returned, twenty-four percent of that total is furniture and decor.

3)  Items usually ship between 3 to 5 weeks, delivery dates will be quoted with payment options.

Terms:


Project pricing is for the product only and will show the ON-SALE price.  Upgrades, taxes, delivery and warrantees are extra

Warrantees are supported by the supplier who have been chosen for their quality.

We are happy to find substitutes and arrange for you to see swatch samples.

THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE is acting as a sourcing agent to find you information it believes to be correct, to the best of our knowledge and based on up to date information requests made of those retailers.

It is incumbent on the client to make the final and conclusive decision to purchase based on a full understanding of the product(s) or service(s) being purchased.

Please make sure you ask all relevant questions.

The retailer/supplier is alone responsible for the quality of it's products and services and it alone warranties and guaranties its products and services.

All refunds and returns musty be done under their policies of refund and return, please feel free to inquire as to the terms before purchasing to be certain you are in agreement.

THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE cannot be responsible for those policies.  THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE assumes responsibility to transmit the payment as quoted to the retailer so that your order is paid for properly.  A receipt of payment will be made once we receive confirmation, usually the same day from the retailer, that the payment has arrived.

THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE can only refund the purchase after the supplier refunds us.  However we have chosen suppliers with a strong reputation.  Please make certain you are aware of the refund period for your purchase as it is finite and cannot be extended past the time allotted by our suppliers.

Errors & omissions.


THE ART CONCIERGE is acting as a the designer of the garments and as a sourcing agent for the clothing materials and manufacturing.  All information we offer you is believed to be correct, to the best of our knowledge and is based on up to date information from our suppliers.  Please see our errors and omissions statement below.
